1. Agreement
By using Prisento, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs through your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us.
3. What you can do in Prisento
Prisento allows you to create and share lists and planning content. You are responsible for what you create and share.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
misuse the app (spam, harassment, fraud)
attempt unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure
upload or share illegal content or content that violates others’ rights
disrupt Prisento’s functionality or overload the service
5. User-generated content and sharing
You keep ownership of the content you create.
If you share a list, you understand that recipients can view the shared content. Make sure you have the right to share information that relates to other people.
6. Store links and affiliate links
Prisento may include links to third-party stores. DVNOWEB AB is not a party to any purchase you make with a store. Store content, pricing, availability, and delivery are controlled by the store.
Some links are affiliate links, meaning DVNOWEB AB may earn a commission. We do not guarantee store information and we do not provide customer support for store purchases — please contact the store directly.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of Prisento. We aim to keep the service available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Prisento is provided “as is”. DVNOWEB AB is not liable for indirect losses or for third-party services beyond what is required by mandatory law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes shall be handled by Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules state otherwise.
